Blue cloth boards with titles to spine. A clean and firmly bound copy of this popular nursing career story for young readers. Pages are bright with light age toning only. No loose pages or significant defects noted.

The original dust jacket is in very good condition, retaining strong colour and illustration, with only minor edge wear and small signs of handling consistent with age. Jacket presents particularly well and is far better than usually encountered for this title.

A charming instalment in Yvonne Trewin's nursing series, following Jean's experiences as she pursues a career in nursing. An increasingly collectible girls' career story from the post-war period.
