A handsome Folio Society edition of Agatha Christie's complete collection of Miss Marple short stories. Bound in decorated cloth boards with illustrations by Christopher Brown and housed in the publisher's original slipcase.

The book is in near fine condition. The binding is tight and square, the pages are clean and bright, and there is no evidence of reading wear. A small mark to the front endpaper prevents a finer grading, but otherwise the volume appears unread and carefully stored since publication. The slipcase is likewise near fine, with only the lightest signs of handling.

This collection brings together all twenty of Agatha Christie's short stories featuring her celebrated amateur detective, Miss Jane Marple. Set primarily in the seemingly tranquil English village of St Mary Mead, the stories showcase Miss Marple's remarkable insight into human nature and her ability to uncover the truth behind thefts, suspicious deaths, disappearances and elaborate deceptions.

The volume includes stories from The Thirteen Problems, The Regatta Mystery and Other Stories, and later collections, providing a comprehensive survey of one of detective fiction's most enduring characters.

An attractive collector's copy of a classic Folio Society Agatha Christie edition, ideal for Christie enthusiasts, Folio Society collectors, and readers of Golden Age detective fiction.
