A highly scarce Scorpion Press special issue, comprising the original first edition rebound in a deluxe leather binding for Scorpion Press issue in 2018.

The limitation page states:

"This original first edition is one of twelve lettered copies signed by the author in 2017 and rebound in a special leather binding for issue in 2018 for the "

The copy number is not lettered but instead bears a handwritten £ symbol, denoting a publisher's retained copy. Signed by Minette Walters on the limitation page.

Finely bound in leather with gilt titling and housed in the publisher's slipcase.

Provenance: From the celebrated library of Patrick Wood, acquired through the auction sale of his collection.

Condition: Fine. Unread. A pristine copy with no marks, inscriptions, foxing or defects. Binding square and tight, gilt bright throughout, contents immaculate.

An exceptionally scarce Scorpion Press issue. Publisher's copies from such a small limitation are seldom encountered on the market, particularly with documented Patrick Wood provenance and in unread condition.
